Our Resort offers a luxury holiday on one of Bali’s most premier beaches. Your adventure begins with a breathtaking panoramic view at the top of the cliff. Stone steps guide through the narrow path surrounded by jungle and quaint structures leading to one of the very few actual “beachfront” locations in Bingin.
The only thing separating you from the warm Indian Ocean water is ten meters of pristine tropical white sand. Just step to feel the warm sand beneath your feet.
The beach level Cafe and Restaurant caters to hotel guests and visitors alike with an espresso bar, gelato station, smoothies, and a healthy breakfast and appetizer menu. Enjoy your day working or relaxing at our beachfront bar overlooking the sand and ocean and waves. Evening tradition features not only appetizers, wine, and cocktails inside the beachfront restaurant, but our fresh fish BBQ dinner service with candlelit tables on the sand.

Our staff cleans the beach daily and our rubbish is transported to a local recycling facility. Future plans include solar hot water to limit use of electricity. We continuously look for ways to make our environment a cleaner and better place for all to enjoy.
We’ve taken great care to use eco friendly materials whenever possible. Natural stone from the local area is mixed into our double seawall foundation to provide maximum protection from the elements. Our bedroom floors use an eco safe stone composite giving a natural look and feel. Our teak comes from neighboring Java Island and we’ve used local suppliers throughout whenever possible. We are one of the only locations in Bingin Beach to use Bio-septic tanks buried beneath the foundation to assure our waste doesn’t seep into the surrounding environment. We encourage refillable water bottles to help eliminate plastic from the ocean.

In April 2017, a catastrophic fire from a neighboring hotel raged through five properties in Bingin. Juni’s was the hardest hit and was completely destroyed. That fateful day, a promise was made to the local family that Juni’s would somehow be rebuilt into something very special.
It was considerable painstaking work. Every piece of material used in the building process had to be hand carried by workers from the parking lot through narrow alleyways and down 200 steps to the beach. It took nearly 5 years of planning and construction, but with patience and persistence a Phoenix rose from the ashes into the beautiful luxury resort you see today.
